It's no 'faces of death' gratuitous monkey brains in your face, but it is not for the squeamish.

Since I am fascinated by all things gastronomical, and am a huge, HUGE, Anthony Bourdain fan, I thought it would be interesting and enlightening to link to this little, uhm... 'tidbit' , or Dehli delicacy delicte
